October 17-18, 2018, under the joint organization of Sichuan Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Sino-British Surgeon Education Association, an elite international group including 5 European entrepreneurs and medical specialists visited Sichuan province, the leading Chinese province of TCM, to attend a variety of meetings and discussion groups in order to improving their knowledge and understanding. The group members include: Mr. Neil WHITE from Sino-British Surgeon Education Association, Mr. Jean-Marc CHAUDRUC from Center for TCM Development Overseas (CDMTE), Mr. Pascal LOUIS from European Association of Orthopaedic, Traumatic and Arthroscopic Surgeons (SECOTA) , Mr. George HE from Phoenix Medical Group of London, UK , Mrs Julie Martin GERMAIN from "Mon Office Manager" company in Paris, France.

By the special arrangement of the Sichuan TCM authorities, the group visited Huarun Sanjiu (Ya 'an) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and its medicinal herb seed & seedling breeding base, Sichuan Chinese Herbal Items Co., Ltd, Kangmei Wisdom Pharmacy, Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and Sichuan Provincial Orthopedics Hospital. As a result of this series of visits and dicussions, the group gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the complete supply chain of TCM, from the cultivation of Chinese medicinal herb seeds and seedlings, the refining and production of TCM products, how the modern TCM pharmacy operates, and the clinical application of TCM to patients; they had personal experience of TCM therapy such as acupuncture and massage, to feel the healing effects of TCM. As a result of the wide range of visits and conversations the group obtained a significantly improved understanding of TCM with it’s 3,000 year history . They all agreed to introduce TCM more widely in their own fields in  future, to benefit patients in more countries.

October 19, 2019 was the 60th anniversary of the Sichuan College of TCM in Mianyang, at the kind invitation of the College, Mr. Neil WHITE, Mr. Jean-Mark CHAUDRUC, Mr Pascal LOUIS  participated in the grand celebration, gave talks, extending warm congratulations to all the teachers, students, staff and alumni, and sincerely wished Sichuan College of TCM continued prosperity and growth.
